HOA & Community Pressure Washing in Bradenton, FL

Algae on a roof, a dark driveway or a stained sidewalk is a common reason for an HOA letter. We clean to the standard the notice asks for, use the right method for each surface, and give you a record of the work. Under the current water order, HOAs can’t enforce pressure washing requirements.

Your community sets the rules

Cure periods, fines and appeal steps come from your governing documents, so read them or ask your manager. This is general information, not legal advice.

The water order

What the current water order says about HOAs

The Southwest Florida Water Management District’s Modified Phase III order says no HOA or similar entity may enforce deed restrictions or community standards that require increased water use, including pressure washing for appearance, while the shortage lasts. The order is extended through March 31, 2027.

In practice, a notice about appearance may be on hold, but safety problems such as slick algae on walkways, and prep for painting or sealing, are still allowed maintenance. If you’re unsure, ask us or your manager.

FAQ

HOA questions

Can my HOA fine me for a dirty driveway right now?

Under the current order, associations may not enforce requirements that increase water use, including pressure washing for appearance. Check your documents and ask your manager how the association is applying it.

What documentation do you provide?

A written scope and a record of the work, including photos, that you can send to your association.

Can you do multiple homes in one community?

Yes. Tell us the community and we’ll quote the work together.

Is soft washing a tile roof acceptable to HOAs?

Many communities expect low-pressure cleaning on tile. Check your ARC guidelines if you’re unsure.
